In terms of a unique feature of all the Nespresso Vertuo coffee machines we’ve reviewed, they all only use coffee capsules made by Nespresso from their Vertuo series. This is unusual in the capsule coffee community as you are usually able to use pods from different brands.

The first thing to note about all of the Nespresso Vertuo machines we reviewed is the method for extracting the coffee from the pods.
This is another unique feature of the machines in this line. Instead of using the traditional pump method for extracting the coffee, all four coffee machines use a process called Centrifusion.
So what is Centrifusion? Basically, it is a technology that spins the capsule 7000 times in one minute. First, the machine pierces the capsule and injects the water.
After this is done, the capsule is spun 7000 times to remove all the water, leaving a capsule that is clean and dry.
So now you know the process of how all the machines extract the coffee, how do you use the coffee machines? Well, it really is super simple for all the Nespresso Vertuo coffee machines we reviewed.
All you have to do is press the start button and wait for the water to heat. Each of the Nespresso Vertuo machines we reviewed takes 15 seconds for the water to heat up. Once the water has heated, you can place the capsule in the chamber.
